I specialise in helping people navigate the big changes and transitions in their lives – be it becoming a parent, family break-up, losing a loved one, illness or new career direction.
Or just that little voice inside that keeps telling you there is something more you need.
It may feel right now like you are lost, alone, unsure and, probably, a little scared. You may have physical pain and illness. The things that worked for you before are not working for you now.
I know – I’ve been there too…and more than once!
But the times you are most afraid and unsure are sacred and important too.
You are being called to connect with and become more of who you are – now that everything you thought you were has changed.
I use reiki energy healing, intuitive soul readings and meditation to give you the space and the tools to connect with yourself. To heal deeply. And to create yourself anew – in a truer version of yourself.
During one-on-one healing sessions, we dive deep – discovering what’s at the bottom of the struggles you’re experiencing – from illness to anxiety – and how you can grow and heal…into more of who you are.
This can be as slow or as fast a process as feels right for you. You can try just one session….or a course of support over a number of months.
Through my meditation and yoga nidra classes, you also learn simple but powerful techniques to calm your mind and connect to your inner wisdom.
