Hi, I’m Niamh!
It may not feel like it. But what you’re struggling with now is probably the very thing that will deeply heal and free you to be exactly who you are…if you are open to its messages.
With every big change you experience, there’s a breaking.
Every new event in your life – be it motherhood, family break-up, losing a loved one, illness or new career direction – is sacred and important. You are being called to connect with and become more of who you are – now that everything you thought you were has changed.
Pain is here to teach us what we need to learn. It works best when you don’t run from it, but instead invite it in and ask it questions.
I use reiki and meditation to give you the space and the tools to connect with yourself. To heal deeply. And to create yourself anew – in a truer version of yourself. We dive deep – discovering what’s at the bottom of the struggles you’re experiencing – from illness to anxiety – and how you can grow and heal…into more of who you are.
This can be as slow or as fast a process as feels right for you. You can try just one session….or a course of support over a number of months.
