Hi, I’m Niamh!
I specialise in helping people connect back to their own truth, inner wisdom and deep calm inside.
So that everything can become easier for you: dealing with difficult jobs or people, healing pain and illness, navigating big changes and transitions (like becoming a parent, family break-up, losing a loved one or new career direction).
I use reiki energy healing, meditation and yoga nidra (the yoga of sleep) to give you the space and the tools to connect with yourself. To heal deeply. And to create yourself anew – in a truer version of yourself.
During one-on-one energy healing sessions, we dive deep – discovering what’s at the bottom of the struggles you’re experiencing and how you can grow and heal…into more of who you are.
This can be as slow or as fast a process as feels right for you. You can try just one session….or a course of support over a number of months.
Through my classes and workshops, you also learn simple but powerful techniques to calm your mind and connect to your inner wisdom.
