Every new event in your life – be it motherhood, losing a loved one, illness or new career direction – requires an honouring. You are being called on to connect with and honour who you are. You are being called on to even discover who you are – now that everything you thought you were has changed.


The only thing that is constant is change.



When you come for reiki or attend a meditation workshop with me, you are taking time to connect with yourself. There is nothing more healing or powerful than this.

Reiki allows you to rest, revive and speak freely about what is happening for you. I will give you practical intuitive guidance on what I sense is needed in order to heal and restore yourself.

Meditation is the best tool I know for calming an anxious mind, bringing more joy to your life and bringing you huge confidence in your decisions, as you connect to your inner wise voice.

Because we cannot create ourselves, heal ourselves or build lives that nourish our souls, without first standing (or lying!) still.
